Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were clean and tidy, surprisingly spacious on the 8th floor, with extra pillows, towels, and blankets neatly tucked away in drawers. The service was excellent overall, with very helpful and friendly staff, although they were occasionally distracted by their own conversations. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The dining experience was quite nice, offering a good variety of options. The facilities were well-kept, and overall, it was a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, although having a coffee table would have been a nice addition. The staff was obliging and quick to respond, which I appreciated. The location was great, with many nearby restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a decent variety but slow refill rate at the buffet. The facilities were satisfactory, offering everything I needed during my stay.
The hotel is located on Cuba St, offering the convenience of cooking in the room. Despite the smaller room size than expected due to a booking error between two similar hotels under the same address, the stay was still enjoyable for its central location and on the 8th floor.
Although the hotel had some issues, it was still a pleasant stay overall. The location is fantastic for exploring the artistic and culinary delights of old Wellington. The rooms were poorly lit and had exposed wires, but the friendly service somewhat made up for it. The dining was a bit of a letdown due to missing amenities and inconsistent pool availability.
Upon arrival at the designated check-in time, the room wasn't ready, leading to a half-hour wait. The room was spacious with a balcony but showed signs of wear and tear, though generally clean. However, a stain on the curtain of room 556 was off-putting. The linens provided were excellent.
The hotel's location is fabulous with easy walking access to the harbor and shopping areas. The rooms were spacious but unfortunately noisy, making it hard to sleep comfortably. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff always on duty. The dining options were not impressive and seemed pricey for the offerings.
